Repaying the loan
Your repayment dates, amounts and payment method will be set out in your credit agreement and communications from Klarna. You may be able to repay some or all of the outstanding balance early, subject to the terms of your agreement.

Cancelling your order or finance agreement
Your credit agreement will explain any cancellation or withdrawal rights and how to exercise them. To cancel or return your order, please contact us (your retailer) in accordance with our returns policy. For questions about cancelling your finance agreement, repayments, deposits or any outstanding balance, please contact Klarna using the details provided in your agreement.
