How It Works
When you buy a Hypnos or Dunlopillo mattress from us, you have 100 nights from the date the mattress is delivered to your home to decide if it is the right fit for you. If you are still not comfortable with the mattress after 90 nights, you have 10 days to contact us and express your concerns.
We will then arrange free mattress collection from your home in the UK, and if your mattress meets the terms and conditions of the sleep trial outlined below, we will ensure you receive a full refund.
Terms and Conditions
The sleep trial is only valid for online orders of the following brands: Hypnos and Dunlopillo.
The sleep trial does, understandably, come with a few simple terms and conditions. These are intended to ensure complete transparency and customer satisfaction without complicating the process. If you are unhappy with your mattress purchase and wish to return it, you must follow the following terms and conditions to be eligible for the sleep trial returns policy:
- For Hypnos or Dunlopillo mattresses, you must contact us within 100 days of your mattress delivery date. We stipulate that you should allow 90 days for a trial, after which you have 10 days to notify us that you wish to return the mattress.
- You must return the mattress in its original packaging or order a new bag here.
- You must also make sure there is no damage or marks to the mattress or base.
- Free gifts must be paid for. (Costs are listed below.)
When we deliver your items, we use appropriate packaging, such as extra strong plastic mattress bags or heavy duty cardboard boxes. This ensures that the goods arrive undamaged. As a result, we will only arrange for collection if you have the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, you can still participate in the 100-night sleep trial, but you will be responsible for making your own arrangements to return the goods to us.
Getting a full refund on your mattress is simple and straightforward if you take good care of it during the trial period and notify us within the specified time frame. We will arrange for the mattress to be collected directly from your bedroom, and once we are satisfied that the terms of the policy have been met, we will ensure that your money is refunded to you as soon as possible.
This offer excludes the 5ft and 6ft Zip and Link models, 3ft by 6’6” models as well as any special sizes. The 100-night sleep trial can only be used once. The 100-night sleep trial excludes bases and headboards.
