Hypnos — 100 nights
When you buy a Hypnos mattress from us, you have 100 nights from the date it’s delivered to decide if it’s right for you. If you’re still not comfortable after 90 nights, you have 10 days to contact us and tell us. We’ll then arrange free collection from your home in the UK, and if your mattress meets the terms and conditions below, we’ll refund you in full.
 
Emma — 200 nights
When you buy an Emma mattress from us, you have 200 nights from the date it’s delivered to decide if it’s right for you. You must give it at least 30 nights to let your body adjust, then get in touch any time within the 200-night window if it’s still not right.
 
If it’s a case of the mattress feeling too soft or too firm rather than a full return, ask us about a comfort adaptive layer first — we can send one out after your first 30 nights, which is often all it takes to get things right.
 
If a return is what you need, we’ll arrange collection directly from your home in the UK, and once your mattress meets the terms and conditions below, we’ll refund you in full.

Hypnos sleep trial terms
• Valid for online orders of Hypnos mattresses only.
• You must contact us within 100 days of your delivery date. Allow yourself 90 nights to trial the mattress, then you have 10 days to notify us if you want to return it.
• The mattress must be returned in its original packaging, or in a new bag ordered here.
• No damage or marks to the mattress or base.
• Free gifts must be paid for (costs listed below).
• Excludes 5ft and 6ft Zip and Link models, 3ft x 6’6″ models, Dual Tension mattresses, and any special sizes. Excludes bases and headboards. 
• Trial can only be used once per customer.
 
Emma sleep trial terms

• A sleep trail return can only be requested 30 days after delivery.
• The mattress must be returned in its original packaging, or in a new bag ordered here.
• No damage or marks to the mattress or base.
• Free gifts must be paid for (costs listed below).
• Trial can only be used once per customer.
 
When we deliver your Hypnos mattress, we use appropriate original packaging — extra strong plastic mattress bags or heavy duty cardboard boxes — to make sure the goods arrive undamaged. We can only arrange collection if you have this original packaging. If you don’t, you can still use the sleep trial, but you’ll need to order a new bag here before it’s collected.
 
For Emma mattresses, no original packaging is needed — our carrier collects directly from you, however the mattress is currently stored.
 
Getting a full refund is simple: take good care of your mattress during the trial, notify us within the window that applies to your brand, and we’ll collect it directly from your property. Once we’ve confirmed the terms have been met, we’ll refund you as soon as possible.happy with your mattress purchase and wish to return it, you must follow the following terms and conditions to be eligible for the sleep trial returns policy:

• For Hypnos mattresses, you must contact us within 100 days of your mattress delivery date. We stipulate that you should allow 90 days for a trial, after which you have 10 days to notify us that you wish to return the mattress.

As a result, we will only arrange for collection if you have the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, you can still participate in the 100-night sleep trial, but you will be responsible for making your own arrangements to return the goods to us.

Getting a full refund on your mattress is simple and straightforward if you take good care of it during the trial period and notify us within the specified time frame. We will arrange for the mattress to be collected directly from your bedroom, and once we are satisfied that the terms of the policy have been met, we will ensure that your money is refunded to you as soon as possible.

This offer excludes the 5ft and 6ft Zip and Link models, 3ft by 6’6” models, Dual tension mattresses as well as any special sizes. The 100-night sleep trial can only be used once. The 100-night sleep trial excludes bases and headboards.
